PEPSI KINECT SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. TO ENTER: Between November 8, 2010 and December 31, 2010, purchase one of the following Pepsi-Cola products (specially marked 20oz Bottles and 12pk cans of Pepsi and Diet Pepsi) and carefully remove the UPC symbol when the product package is empty. Hand print your name, complete street address and phone number on a 3 x 5 inch piece of paper and attach the UPC symbol to your entry. NOTE: RESIDENTS OF THE STATES OF CA, CT, DE, HI, IA, ME, MA, MI, NY, OR and VT DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT UPC SYMBOLS FROM THE 20 OZ. PACKAGE; RESIDENTS OF THESE STATES SHOULD KEEP THE UPC SYMBOL ON THE 20 OZ. PACKAGE SO THAT PACKAGE CAN BE RETURNED FOR DEPOSIT, AND INSTEAD, WRITE 20 OZ. UPC NUMBERS ON A SEPARATE PIECE OF PAPER AND SUBMIT ALONG WITH YOUR ENTRY. Residents of the states listed above must submit the UPC symbol from their 12 pk purchase. Residents of all other states must submit the UPC symbol from their purchase. Mail completed entry and UPC Code postmarked no later than December 31, 2010 and received by January 7, 2011 to PO Box 1207, Young America, MN 55594-1207. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You may also enter without purchase. To enter without purchase, hand print your name, complete street address and phone number on a 3 x 5 inch piece of paper. Mail completed entry postmarked no later than December 31, 2010 and received by January 7, 2011 to PO Box 1207, Young America, MN 55594-1207. Enter as often as you like, but each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. Limit one entry per stamped outer envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, illegible or misdirected postal entries. All entries must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2010 and received no later than January 7, 2011.
  2. PRIZES: One thousand (1,000) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each Grand Prize will consist of one (1)Xbox® 360 4GB Console, with one (1) Kinect™ Sensor and one (1) copy of "Kinect Adventures" game and one (1) "Kinect Sports" game. Estimated retail value $350. Fifty (50) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor and one (1) copy of "Kinect Adventures" game. Estimated retail value $149.99. Four Hundred Fifty (450) Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Kinect game. Estimated retail value $49.99.
  3. DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about January 11, 2011 by an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
  4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age (19 in AL or NE) or older as of November 8, 2010. Employees of Pepsi-Cola Company, its bottlers, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies (collectively, "Sponsor and Promotion Parties) and immediate family members of such employees and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to win. Limit one prize per name, address and/or household.
  5. GENERAL: No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Mail received without a verifiable and legible return address may not be accepted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Prize winner will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes; if applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize retail value. No groups, clubs or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges that shall be final and binding.
  6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential prize winners will be notified by mail and/or phone at the address/phone number provided at entry. Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within 10 days of the date on the notification letter. If any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, or if mail is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. If applicable, allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize following completion of notification process. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United States.
  7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release Sponsor and its Promotion Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or in the announcement or offering of any prize. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize. Winner bears all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. Upon request, winners must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) to the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness in any without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by Sponsor, except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law.
